Amsterdam grandfather clock with mechanism

This 19th century longcase Amsterdam watch with ship mechanism ran and no longer struck. The movement was serviced a long time ago as you can see in the first three photos. After cleaning the movement parts, polishing the taps and rebusting, things were already moving in the right direction. The mechanism was dirty, worn and needed a thorough overhaul and you can see some photos of that below.
